Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026.

What you are buying

Intervely sells prepaid access, not a physical product. There is nothing to ship. A purchase grants either a number of calls (a credit pack), or unlimited calls within a time window (a day pass), or a capped number of calls within a window (weekly, monthly, yearly). Access is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed.

When a call is counted

A call is a single listening session of up to 1 hour 30 minutes. A session that ends within two minutes is not counted, so you can start, check your microphone and system audio, and stop again without spending anything.

Refunds

  • Unused credit packs — fully refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided no call has been counted.
  • Partly used credit packs — refundable within 7 days on a pro-rata basis for the calls you have not used.
  • Time passes and capped plans (1 day, 3 day, weekly, monthly, yearly) — refundable within 7 days only if no call has been counted. Once a call is counted the window has begun and the purchase is non-refundable.
  • Technical failure — if the service did not work and we cannot fix it for you, we refund in full regardless of the above.

Cancellation

Plans do not auto-renew. Nothing recurring is set up on your card, so there is no subscription to cancel — when a window ends, access simply stops until you buy again.

How to request one

Email wazidali@krapton.com from the address on your account, with the approximate date of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Intervely

A desktop copilot that hears both sides of your call, transcribes it live, and suggests what to say — visible in the screen share by default.
